Hair, Skin, and Nails Supplement

Over the past year, I have been consistently taking biotin supplements for my hair and skin. Previously, I had only taken a biotin supplement alone, often at a higher dosage, along with a separate multi-vitamin. When I first saw that this had 5000 Mcg of biotin, I did not know if I would see results. However, this combination of biotin along with the other vitamin and minerals is proving effective!  In just two weeks, my nails are thicker and stronger.

This supplement was easy to take and did not bother my stomach (I took it with a meal as directed, but with other supplements I sometimes have issues).  Admittedly, I am normally not good at remembering to taking supplements. My success rate was much higher with this one because I only have to remember to take this supplement and not this AND a multi-vitamin. Anything to simplify life and make me healthier and look and feel better, I am all for it!
